The short version: Calmo runs entirely on your device. We do not require an account, we do not collect your personal data, and we do not track you for advertising. The only data leaving your device is what the app stores (Apple / Google) and our subscription provider (RevenueCat) need to process a purchase, if you choose to subscribe.
1. Who we are
Calmo (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a relaxation and sleep app published by Marsala Soft. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information. If you have any questions, contact us at can@marsalasoft.com.
2. Information we do not collect
Calmo is designed to be private by default. The app does not:
- require you to create an account or sign in;
- ask for your name, email address, or phone number;
- collect your contacts, photos, location, or microphone input;
- show advertising or use advertising trackers;
- sell or share personal information with data brokers.
3. Information stored on your device
To make the app work, Calmo saves some information locally on your device only. This never leaves your phone and is removed when you delete the app:
- your preferences and settings (such as language, chosen mood, saved mixes, and volume levels);
- your subscription status, cached locally so the app works instantly offline;
- basic, anonymous usage events used only inside the app during development — these are not transmitted off your device in the released app.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
If you choose to subscribe to Calmo Plus, the purchase is handled by the platform app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) and by our subscription management provider, RevenueCat. We never see or store your payment card details.
To manage your subscription and unlock premium content, the following is processed:
- a randomly generated, anonymous app user identifier (not linked to your name or email);
- purchase and receipt information from the app store (such as product purchased, transaction date, and subscription status);
- limited device and country information provided by the store, used to validate the purchase.
This information is used solely to verify your purchase, grant the right premium access, and handle renewals or refunds. See RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy, Apple’s Privacy Policy, and Google’s Privacy Policy.
5. Audio and content
The ASMR and ambience sounds in Calmo are bundled with the app or delivered from a content delivery network. Downloading content does not identify you personally; standard server logs (such as IP address) may be processed transiently by the hosting provider to deliver files, as with any website.
6. Third-party services
Calmo relies on a small number of trusted providers, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Apple App Store / Google Play — app distribution and payment processing;
- RevenueCat — subscription validation and entitlement management.
7. Children’s privacy
Calmo is suitable for relaxation by users of all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app does not require an account or collect personal data, no personal information about a child is gathered. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will address it.
8. Data security
Because the app keeps your data on your own device and minimizes what is shared, your exposure is limited by design. Data exchanged with the app stores and RevenueCat is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the KVKK in Türkiye), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, and to object to certain processing. Since Calmo does not maintain personal accounts, the simplest way to remove all locally stored data is to delete the app. For data processed by RevenueCat or the app stores, you may exercise your rights directly with them, or contact us at can@marsalasoft.com and we will help.
10. International users
The providers we use may process data in countries other than your own. Where this happens, those providers maintain appropriate safeguards in line with applicable data-protection law.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be reflected in the app or on this page.

2. Toplamadığımız bilgiler
Calmo, varsayılan olarak gizliliği koruyacak şekilde tasarlanmıştır. Uygulama şunları yapmaz:
- hesap oluşturmanı veya giriş yapmanı istemez;
- adını, e-posta adresini veya telefon numaranı istemez;
- kişilerini, fotoğraflarını, konumunu veya mikrofon girişini toplamaz;
- reklam göstermez veya reklam takipçileri kullanmaz;
- kişisel bilgileri veri simsarlarına satmaz veya paylaşmaz.
3. Cihazında saklanan bilgiler
Uygulamanın çalışması için Calmo bazı bilgileri yalnızca cihazında, yerel olarak saklar. Bu bilgiler telefonundan asla çıkmaz ve uygulamayı sildiğinde kaldırılır:
- tercihlerin ve ayarların (dil, seçilen ruh hâli, kaydedilen miksler ve ses seviyeleri gibi);
- abonelik durumun; uygulamanın çevrimdışıyken bile anında çalışması için yerel olarak önbelleğe alınır;
- geliştirme sırasında yalnızca uygulama içinde kullanılan temel, anonim kullanım olayları — yayımlanan uygulamada bunlar cihazından dışarı aktarılmaz.
4. Abonelikler ve satın almalar
Calmo Plus aboneliğini seçersen, satın alma işlemi platform uygulama mağazası (Apple App Store veya Google Play) ve abonelik yönetim sağlayıcımız RevenueCat tarafından yürütülür. Ödeme kartı bilgilerini asla görmez veya saklamayız.
Aboneliğini yönetmek ve premium içeriğin kilidini açmak için şunlar işlenir:
- rastgele oluşturulmuş, anonim bir uygulama kullanıcı kimliği (adın veya e-postanla ilişkilendirilmez);
- uygulama mağazasından gelen satın alma ve makbuz bilgileri (satın alınan ürün, işlem tarihi ve abonelik durumu gibi);
- satın almayı doğrulamak için mağaza tarafından sağlanan sınırlı cihaz ve ülke bilgisi.

5. Ses ve içerik
Calmo’daki ASMR ve ambiyans sesleri uygulamayla birlikte gelir veya bir içerik dağıtım ağı üzerinden sunulur. İçerik indirmek seni kişisel olarak tanımlamaz; her web sitesinde olduğu gibi, dosyaları iletmek için barındırma sağlayıcısı tarafından standart sunucu kayıtları (IP adresi gibi) geçici olarak işlenebilir.
6. Üçüncü taraf hizmetleri
Calmo, her biri kendi gizlilik politikasına tabi az sayıda güvenilir sağlayıcıdan yararlanır:
- Apple App Store / Google Play — uygulama dağıtımı ve ödeme işleme;
- RevenueCat — abonelik doğrulama ve yetkilendirme yönetimi.
7. Çocukların gizliliği
Calmo her yaştan kullanıcının rahatlaması için uygundur ve bilerek çocuklardan kişisel bilgi toplamaz. Uygulama hesap gerektirmediği veya kişisel veri toplamadığı için, bir çocuğa ait kişisel bilgi de toplanmaz. Bir çocuğun kişisel bilgi sağladığını düşünüyorsanız lütfen bize ulaşın; gereğini yaparız.
8. Veri güvenliği
Uygulama verilerini kendi cihazında tuttuğu ve paylaşılanı en aza indirdiği için, maruziyetin tasarım gereği sınırlıdır. Uygulama mağazaları ve RevenueCat ile alışverişi yapılan veriler şifreli bağlantılar (HTTPS) üzerinden iletilir.
9. Haklarınız
Yaşadığınız yere bağlı olarak (örneğin AB/Birleşik Krallık’ta GDPR veya Türkiye’de KVKK kapsamında), kişisel verilere erişme, düzeltme veya silme ve belirli işlemelere itiraz etme haklarınız olabilir. Calmo kişisel hesaplar tutmadığından, yerel olarak saklanan tüm verileri kaldırmanın en kolay yolu uygulamayı silmektir. RevenueCat veya uygulama mağazaları tarafından işlenen veriler için haklarınızı doğrudan onlar nezdinde kullanabilir ya da can@marsalasoft.com adresinden bize ulaşabilirsiniz; yardımcı oluruz.
10. Uluslararası kullanıcılar
Kullandığımız sağlayıcılar verileri sizin ülkeniz dışındaki ülkelerde işleyebilir. Bu durumda, söz konusu sağlayıcılar geçerli veri koruma hukukuna uygun gerekli güvenceleri sağlar.
11. Bu politikadaki değişiklikler
Bu Gizlilik Politikası’nı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncellediğimizde yukarıdaki “Son güncelleme” tarihini değiştiririz. Önemli değişiklikler uygulamada veya bu sayfada yansıtılır.
